2. Purpose
Mehndi Planet is designed to provide a seamless experience for customers to browse and order their preferred organic mehndi products conveniently.
3. Ingredients and Usage
- Hand Mehndi:
- Made with natural ingredients, including natural mehndi powder, lemon juice, sugar, eucalyptus essential oil, lavender essential oil, and an appropriate amount of water.
- Free from any extra color, preservatives, or chemicals.
- Best for hands, feet, and nails, though it may produce lighter color on nails than nail mehndi.
- Nail Mehndi:
- Made using sugar, tea leaves, molasses burned to create oil, and mixed with flour
- Contains a slightly burnt smell due to its preparation.
- Specially formulated for nails only and should not be applied to hands.
- Storage Instructions:
- Mehndi should be stored in a deep freezer to maintain quality for 6 to 8 months.
- To use, remove from the freezer and keep for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the weather) until it softens.
- Knead thoroughly by hand and discard a small portion to release trapped gas for smooth application.
4. Product Guidelines
- Hand Mehndi:
- Should be kept on the skin for 2 to 5 hours for good color, or overnight for the best results.
- Avoid water contact while removing the mehndi and for 4 to 5 hours afterward.
- Full color development takes 24 to 48 hours.
- During winter, keep hands warm to enhance color.
- Nail Mehndi:
- Apply 2 to 3 times for the best results.
- The color will last until the nails grow out.
- Nail mehndi produces the best color on nails compared to hand mehndi.
5. Order and Payment
- Order Confirmation:
After placing an order online, a representative will call to confirm the details. Orders are processed only after confirmation. - Payment Options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Advance payment via bKash or Nagad.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled during the confirmation call.
- Once confirmed and dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Time:
- Within Dhaka: 24 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: 2 to 4 days.
- Delivery Charges:
- Dhaka: 60 BDT.
- Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT.
- Free delivery may be offered during special promotions.
7. Return and Refund Policy
- Non-Returnable Products:
Mehndi products cannot be returned after delivery, as they may become unusable. - Return During Delivery:
Customers can inspect the product and return it to the delivery agent if unsatisfied. - Complaints and Resolutions:
After delivery, valid complaints may result in a partial refund or replacement upon investigation.
8. Allergies and Precautions
- Customers with allergies to lemon juice or eucalyptus essential oil must perform a patch test before full application.
- If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Mehndi Planet is not responsible for adverse effects after use.
9. Copyright and Usage
All content, images, and designs on Mehndi Planet’s website are proprietary and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
10. Business Certifications
Mehndi Planet holds a trade license, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, and trademark registration. BSTI certification is currently in process.
